WorkScale ™ is an evaluation program, developed and managed by Toker + Associates, which enables us to support clients by understanding their current culture and future goals in order to customize, analyze, and assess their workplace or learning environment.
The aim of WorkScale ™ is to gather information, through engagement, about how employees work. The results of this engagement are then used to provide the client with recommendations and implementation costs associated with the creation of a customized space that is optimized.
