Overview:  We have worked with the University of Lethbridge on two projects that involved historical building restoration.

Student Residence – As the Prime Consultant, we led the conversion of the landmark Arthur Erickson Building back to its original use as student residences. As a result of engagement sessions, we created a high-energy atmosphere that is filled with multiple communal spaces for students to connect.

Penny Building – The Penny Building was a previously abandoned building that we brought new life to after it was donated to the University by Dr. Foster James Penny. Located in the heart of downtown Lethbridge, we revitalized this historic building to incorporate alumni offices, research space, a call centre and an art gallery.

“…We are delighted with the outcome. The students love it as well… you and your team were great and the outcome was fantastic…”
