Overview:  We have worked on the following five projects for Alberta Infrastructure.

North Petroleum Plaza – Over 92% of building materials were recycled in this project – a substantial jump from the original goal of 75% (LEED Silver Certified building).

Brownlee Building – This multi-phased 100,000 ft2 interior renovation project positively impacted the workplace environment of over 700 employees.

John J. Bowlen Building – As a tenant improvement project for Alberta Infrastructure’s Human Rights Commission, we utilized engagement sessions to gain a deep understanding of the hearing room performance requirements. We then incorporated this understanding into a thoughtful design of the space.

Commerce Place – During this 16,000 ft2 interior renovation project, we consolidated five safety-related branches onto one floor while maintaining a workplace that ensures everyone has access to daylight.

Park Plaza – This phased 26,000 ft2 tenant improvement project upgraded Floors 5 and 6 of the Park Plaza building.
